Busy days. We baled 637 bales of 1st crop hay and 100 pasture hay. Blossom is due to kid in a couple of weeks. Our other two goat does aborted. So we are not having much luck with our goat babies this year. The garden is looking good. We are eating fresh spinach, swiss chard and onions from it. The tomatoes and peppers have blossoms. Dennis is making goat cheese curds. He plans to learn to make soft cheeses then the hard cheese. We need a cheese press. Skott and Jodi plus dogs- Izzy and Fucie will be moving in with us briefly. Looking forward to Skott's cooking and their company. I will miss them when they move away. We've had many hot and humid days this Summer but have been lucky so far, that we haven't had severe storms. Granddaughter Haily will have a birthday soon. Also we plan to go to the Barron Fair. It won't be long and we will be baling second crop hay and canning veggies. I love Summertime!
