What Makes Me Happy

Happy Holidays and a wonderful New Year to everyone. I tend to get behind on my blog due to so much going on at the farm. Of course, clearing snow has been most of our work these days. I had to get another 50# of black oil sunflower seeds for the outside birds. I love feeding them and bird watching. Right now, I have a beautiful male Cardinal at the feeder. Evenings I see my wild bunnies feeding under the feeders. My aged horses are hanging in there. Sporty tends to have seasonal depression and doesn't like Winter, the other three tolerate it. The goats, hens and seven barn cats stay in the barn most of the time.
I enjoy seeing my kids and grandkids. Dominic is just 9 months and walking already. My 3 yr. old grandson, Justin took a fall and had to have some head stitches. Six yr. old Haily is busy with being in school. In October, my middle child, Brooke, got married.
Lately, I find myself on facebook to play Farmville, of course, and started a new game called Horse Saga. My coupon trading has been so slow. I still manage to save $$ shopping with coupons though.
Lots of projects to do on the farm for 2011, plus gardening, baling hay, going to garage/yard sales, visiting family, fishing and finding time for my horses. It's what makes me happy!
