December and Snow Arrives
Well the year is flying by and snow has arrived. It will probably be here to stay. Sounds like a major snowstorm heading our way in a few days. There has been a need for hay, we've been selling some out of our horsebarn. We have plenty and need to make room for next year's hay crop. All the critters are doing well. I'm still waiting for my young hens to mature to get eggs. Our Nubian goat is due to kid in a few months. We are dogsitting and luckily we have room in the house to divide the animals. Our dog is upstairs in our bedroom, the 2 housecats on the indoor porch/laundry room and our company dogs are in the downstairs bedroom. It all works. Everyone stay safe and comfy. Many cold days ahead.
